As the flowers bud and the jackets are shed, Junior Achievement season has once again rolled around. We would love to get some new volunteers in this opportunity to teach Lynn’s next generation about family and community. For those that are unfamiliar with JA, volunteers (typically in pairs of two) teach five 45 minute lessons to a class of students at Drewicz Elementary School, just down the road on Western Ave. The lessons are pre-packaged by JA and come with all the necessary materials. Here are some of the happy classes from previous years!
Drewicz Elementary would like to begin lessons in early March and have the program completed by the first week of June.
