Volunteer Opportunity - KIPP Academy Playground Project

KIPP Academy Lynn Elementary, Delta and KaBOOM! are building a playground!

We need you to bring play to kids in Lynn!

We need more than 75 volunteers from the KIPP and Lynn community to help us give more than 700 area kids the childhood they deserve by building a new playground.

When are we building a playground?

We really need help on Thursday, July 25th -Prep Day!

v  Volunteers must be 18 or older. On construction day, they will assemble pieces of equipment, mix concrete, move mulch, etc.v  The construction of the park will take place in sun or rain. Please come prepared for the weather in clothes that are comfortable and can get dirty or stained with paint. Only closed shoes will be allowed.
v  Youth activities and other volunteer work provided for families who bring kids who are under 18
v  Breakfast, lunch, and plenty of water will be provided. Gloves and other materials will also be provided for the projects that need them.v  There will be a live DJ, free giveaways from Delta Air Lines, a free t-shirt, and lots of fun!
